FAQ

Trust & credentials

Is this a law firm? Does attorney-client privilege apply?

Yes and yes. PreVend is run by Robin Moore, a California-licensed attorney (Bar No. 284002). Your communications and reports are protected by attorney-client privilege under my Engagement Letter.

How do you use AI? Is a real attorney reviewing my contract?

AI helps me process documents faster and flag issues systematically. Every contract is reviewed by a licensed attorney with 10+ years of in-house experience. AI doesn't replace attorney judgment — it makes it faster.

How is this different from using ChatGPT or Harvey to review a contract?

ChatGPT gives you a list of risks. I review all your vendor docs (MSA, DPA, AUP, etc.), identify unfavorable terms, redline the order form, and negotiate directly with the vendor on your behalf. You get a better contract, ready to sign. All overseen by a licensed attorney.

The review

What types of contracts do you review?

Vendor and supplier contracts — SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and security addendums. If you're buying software or services, that's what I do.

How does the process work?

You send me the vendor's contract documents. I review them, identify unfavorable terms, redline the order form, and negotiate directly with the vendor on your behalf. You get a better contract, ready to sign.

Pricing & logistics

How much does it cost?

$199 for a vendor report — risk summary, redlines, and a CEO one-pager. $399 for full negotiation, where I also negotiate directly with the vendor on your behalf. Flat fee, no hourly billing. Volume pricing available. Money-back guarantee.

How do I get started?

Email robin@prevend.ai with your vendor's contract documents — whatever you have. I can also set up a shared Slack channel for ongoing communication.

Do you work over Slack?

Yes. Most clients use a shared Slack channel to drop contracts, ask questions, and stay updated on negotiations. Send me a workspace invite or email me to set it up.

Is my data secure? What happens to my documents?

Documents are processed via OpenAI's or Anthropic's zero-retention API — never stored or used for training. Deleted within 90 days after engagement ends. Details in my Privacy Policy and DPA.

Can you handle ongoing contract volume, or is this just for one-offs?

Bring it on. Volume pricing available.
