HOW IT WORKS: You provide: email address and vendor name. We deliver: a standardized report. Payment: processed by Stripe.

We don't collect passwords, credentials, or other personal data. Think of PreVend reports like buying a magazine—you request it, pay for it, receive it.

USE OF SERVICE: PreVend owns each report. Use them for your internal vendor review process. Don't redistribute or treat them as legal advice. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

DATA & SECURITY: We use your information only to provide the service and maintain reasonable safeguards to protect it. Our Data Processing Addendum governs processing of personal data.

NO WARRANTIES: Reports are provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that the service will be error-free.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: PreVend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

GENERAL: These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
