Contact form

If you submit an inquiry through the contact form, I collect your email address to respond to you. Your message is processed through Google Workspace (Gmail). I won't add you to a mailing list or share your information with anyone else.

Clients

When you engage me as a client, the information you provide is protected by attorney-client privilege and my professional confidentiality obligations, as described in the Client Engagement Letter.

Documents you send me

When you send vendor contract documents for review, I store them securely to analyze them and deliver your report. Documents are processed using AI tools (OpenAI) to generate the analysis.

Your documents are deleted within 90 days after your subscription ends, unless you request earlier deletion. I do not use your documents to train AI models or for any purpose other than delivering your reports.
